The Old Grammar School Hall, Bewdley Road
- at Risk

This was once the main hall of the old King Charles I Grammar School. It is Grade II listed and dates from 1848. It has been the local Register Office for a number of years. The latter function has recently been transferred to the Town Hall and the future of the building is presently uncertain. It has recently been put up for sale by the County Council.

The sale notice was by the 'High Spec' property firm CBRE Tel 0121 616 5555, which is a Birmingham number.  Website: http://www.cbre.co.uk/

A petition related to the closure of the Register Office and preservation of the building has been started by Steven Walker and can be accessed via this link:  Register Office Petition
